Meeting of the Fairbanks North Star Borough Air Pollution Control Commission
Tuesday, January 15, 2013
Borough Assembly Chambers, Borough Administration Center, 809 Pioneer Road
Public comments are typically limited to 3 minutes each. Public comment opportunities are in bold. Due to voter approval of Proposition 3 on Oct 2, 2012, the hydronic heater variance discussion may be brief.
The progress report on DEC’s preparation of the PM 2.5 SIP, especially the timeline, should be of interest to air quality advocates. The due date for filing the state plan for PM 2.5 attainment with EPA was Dec 14, 2012.
