A group of neighbors, parents, and school staff contacted Governor Parnell with this request:
“We need your help to stop the immediate pollution of our air by at least two outdoor wood burning hydronic boilers locate directly across the street from the Woodriver elementary campus,”

Sources tell us the Governor has taken over DEC’s enforcement authority, so all air pollution concerns need to be directed to him. If the Governor has put a “freeze” on all air pollution enforcement in Fairbanks and North Pole, residents need to know.
Please send copies of messages to the Governor, and any reply, to <email@example.com>. Thanks!
